Henry C. (Ric) Duques, former Chairman and CEO of First Data Corporation, will join the Mozido Board of Directors, effective immediately.
 
Philip H. Geier Jr., former CEO and Chairman of Interpublic and founder of the Geier Group consulting and advisory firm, has joined the Mozido Board of Directors since February, 2012.
 
Robert W. Selander, former CEO of MasterCard Incorporated and MasterCard International will join the Mozido's Board of Directors, effective immediately.
